My client is a large, prestigious, independent agency which provides integrated marketing solutions across all industry sectors in the UK and throughout EMEA. We are looking for an Account Manager to work on a busy experiential campaign for a huge blue chip client presenting with large household brands. You will undertake the day to day management of activity to complete client satisfaction; help co-ordinate all aspects of activity including staff booking, site booking, stock ordering, deliveries, site visiting and reporting; be involved in the planning, set up and implementation of new projects ; be proactive and seek opportunities to improve activity and provide suggestions to present to client; adhere to quality delivery procedures and always drive for improvements by identifying and understanding client needs and by exceeding clients expectations consistently by adding value to their business; liaise with and build relationships with key suppliers of personnel, logistics and uniforms to ensure that campaign delivery standards are met; monitor budget spend and ensure that revenue targets are met for each campaign in conjunction with the senior account manager. The successful applicant will have 2-3yrs marketing experience (with 2yrs experience in field/experiential marketing), have excellent client service & organisational skills and have experience of running sampling/experiential campaigns.
